Do I need coding skills to use Violet?
No coding required! Your clients fill out a simple form, and Violet generates a complete, production-ready website automatically. The visual feedback tool lets clients request changes without any technical knowledge.
Who owns the website code?
You do! All code is pushed to YOUR GitHub repository on all plans (Studio, Portfolio, and Agency). You have complete ownership and can customize, export, or move the sites anywhere you want. No vendor lock-in.
What about hosting costs?
Yes! Every site includes Free Hosting on Cloudflare's Edge network and Free SSL certificates. This gives you unlimited bandwidth and global CDN routing at zero additional cost to your agency.
Can I customize the sites?
Absolutely. Sites are built with clean, standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript. You can modify them directly, or let clients request changes through the visual feedback tool. It's your code, so you're in complete control.
Will clients know I'm using Violet?
Never. Violet is completely white-labeled. The configurator, feedback tool, and all client-facing interfaces show only your branding. No "Powered by Violet" badges anywhere.
What if I need more than 12 sites per month?
The Agency plan includes 12 websites per month with 4 edits each. If you need additional sites, contact us and we can create a custom enterprise plan tailored to your volume. We offer flexible options for high-volume agencies.
How long does it take to get started?
Most agencies are up and running within a few hours. Our onboarding team will help you set up your account, connect your GitHub, and configure your white-labeled portal. We guide you through every step.
What's the difference between monthly and annual plans?
Annual plans give you 2 months free - that's a 17% discount! You get the same features and website limits, just at a significantly better price when you commit annually.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. You and your clients can use any custom domain. We provide full DNS management and automatic Free SSL certificate provisioning through Cloudflare.
What happens if I go over my website or edit limit?
Each plan includes a specific number of websites and edits per month. If you need more, you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime. We provide clear usage tracking so you always know where you stand.
